Self-Test (POST) The Power-On Self-Test (POST) is a series of tests that run every time the computer is turned on. or twice to indicate that POST has run successfully. 5 chapter REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES 5.1 Serial Number The computer serial number should be reported to Compaq when requesting information or ordering spare parts. 5.4 Computer Feet The computer feet are oblong, adhesive-backed rubber pads. The computer feet are included in the Miscellaneous Hardware Spare Kit.
