5.8 PC Cards The procedure for removing PC Cards varies with the operating system being used and with the kind of PC Card being removed. If Windows 95/98 is running: I A PC Card can be removed while the computer is on or off. I The PC Card icon appears in the system tray on the Windows taskbar only while a PC Card is inserted. PC Cards
The procedure for removing PC Cards varies with the operating system being used and
with the kind of PC Card being removed.
If Windows 95/98 is running:

A PC Card can be removed while the computer is on or off.

The PC Card icon appears in the system tray on the Windows taskbar only while a
PC Card is inserted.
If Windows NT is running:
