LED Indicators D-5 Table D-5 PCI Hot Plug Button and LEDs Item Description Green LED Amber LED PCI Hot Plug button If the slot PCI Hot Plug slot green LED is on, power down the slot by using the slot PCI Hot Plug button or PCI Hot Plug utility application. Wait until the green LED is off. The amber LED should also be off. For the appropriate slot condition and status for the two LEDs, see the table below. NOTE: The PCI Hot Plug Button allows you to press the button again within 5 seconds to cancel an action. Verify the slot status by checking the green LED and amber LED . The green LED flashes during the power up transition and turns on after power up is complete.
