5. Place the node on a clean, flat, static-free work surface. Remove the top cover from the node Steps 1. While pushing down the two blue release buttons, slide the top cover towards the rear of the system, until it stops. Figure 70. Releasing the top cover 2. The DIMMs are identified by white or black retaining tabs. 2. Depress the white or black retaining tabs downward to free the DIMM from its slot. 3.
