New operands have been added to this command.
Short Description: Clear the switch error log.
Syntax
errClear [-s swinst] [-p]

Description
Use this command to clear the error log for a particular switch instance.
If no operand is specified, this command clears the error log in RAM;
The persistent error log is not cleared. However, if -p option is specified, ONLY
the persistent error log is cleared and the error log in RAM is not cleared.
When this command is executed from the Standby CP, the switch instance number
operand is required. The switch instance number is supplied by specifying the
<
