Removal, Stop the digital memory card by selecting the Safely Remove

Digital Memory Cards Removal Ä CAUTION: To prevent loss of work or system lockup, stop the digital memory card before removing it. To remove a digital memory card: 1. Close all files and applications that are using the digital memory card. 2. Stop the digital memory card by selecting the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the taskbar. Then select the digital memory card. (To display the Safely Remove Hardware icon, select Show Hidden Icons in the taskbar.) 3. Gently press in on the digital memory card 1 to unlock it. 4.
