If the Scanner File Utility dialogue box is not open, double-click on the Scanner File Utility icon in the Windows Task Bar. 2. Select the file that you want to delete. 3. Click on the Delete button to delete the selected file from the Received File List. * In order to actually delete the file data from your computer, you will need to delete it directly from the folder in which it is saved.
