4-2 Registering Multiple Destinations as a Group 6. Enter in the Registration Name field a name for the group of destinations. The group name can be up to 16 characters long. 7. Click on the OK button. The entered group information will be displayed in the address list area of the Address Book for Network FAX dialogue box. 8. Click on the OK button. 9. In order to actually register the new group information in the Address Book, select Apply from the File menu (or click on the Apply button). Page 4-5
