Section 4 The Address Book The Address Book allows you to register information about individual destinations, or groups of destinations for Broadcast Transmission, in advance. It is also possible to import CSV-formatted address data that have been created with other applications. NOTE It is necessary to have Address Book for Network FAX installed in each computer which will be used for fax transmission in order to use the Address Book.
