6 6.2 Job Log Screens 6.2 Job Log Screens The list and details of queued jobs can be viewed. The following five Job Log screens provide a variety of functions. Print List Screen The programmed details of a print job can be viewed. Touch [Job Log]. The Print List screen appears. Jobs queued to be printed appear in order from the top of the list. No. Item Name 1 Job number 2 Up/down arrows 3 Job name 4 Status 5 Output location 6 File name 7 Original 8 Copy 9 Beginning time Description Job identification number assigned when the job is programmed When there are more than five jobs, press these arrows to display jobs higher or lower in the list (higher or lower in the printing order). Displays the type (source) of the job "COPIER" is displayed for copy jobs. Displays the status of the job Indicates the tray where the printed page will be fed out Displays the name of the file for print jobs sent from the computer Displays the number of pages in the original document Displays the specified number of pages to be printed While the job is being printed, the number of pages remaining to be printed is counted down. Job Log Screens
The list and details of queued jobs can be viewed.
The following five Job Log screens provide a variety of functions.
Print List Screen
The programmed details of a print job can be viewed.
Touch [Job Log]. The Print List screen appears.
Jobs queued to be printed appear in order from the top of the list.
Touch [Basic] to display the Basic screen again.
The following details of the jobs are displayed.

Description

Job number
Job identification number assigned when the job is programmed

Up/down arrows
When there are more than five jobs, press these arrows to
display jobs higher or lower in the list (higher or lower in the
printing order).

Job name
Displays the type (source) of the job
“
COPIER
”
is displayed for copy jobs.

Status
Displays the status of the job

Output location
Indicates the tray where the printed page will be fed out

File name
Displays the name of the file for print jobs sent from the
computer

Original
Displays the number of pages in the original document
8
Copy
Displays the specified number of pages to be printed
While the job is being printed, the number of pages remaining
to be printed is counted down.

Displays the time that the job was programmed
