No. Item Name 1 Job number 2 Up/down arrows 3 Job name 4 Output location 5 File name 6 Original 7 Copy 8 Beginning time 9 Completion time Description Job identification number assigned when the job is programmed When there are more than five jobs, press these arrows to display jobs higher or lower in the list (higher or lower in the printing order). Displays the type (source) of the job "COPIER" is displayed for copy jobs. Indicates the tray where the printed page will be fed out Displays the name of the file for print jobs sent from the computer Displays the number of pages in the original document Displays the number of pages in the copy While the job is being printed, the number of pages remaining to be printed is counted down. Displays the time that the job was programmed Displays the time when printing of the job is expected to be finished To recall a job from the memory 1 Select the job that you wish to print from the memory. ❍ To recall more than two jobs, repeat the above step until all jobs that you wish to recall are selected. 2 Touch [OK]. The jobs are deleted from the list on the Memory Recall screen. ❍ The job changes from one stored in the memory to one waiting to be printed. 3 Touch [Job Log], and check the status of the jobs. 6-22
