Call Waiting When you're on a call, Call Waiting alerts you of incoming calls by sounding a beep instead of a ring. Your phone's screen informs you that another call is coming in and displays the caller's phone number (if it is available). To respond to an incoming call while you're on a call: n Before accepting the incoming call, tap and drag one of the following on-screen options: l Answer to answer the new call. The first caller is placed on hold. l Decline to send the call to your voicemail box. To switch back to the first caller: n From the In-Call options screen, tap Swap calls. Tip: For those calls where you don't want to be interrupted, you can temporarily disable Call Waiting by pressing before placing your call. Call Waiting is automatically reactivated once you end the call. 3-way Calling With 3-Way Calling, you can talk to two people at the same time. When using this feature, the normal airtime rates will be charged for each of the two calls. 1. Tap > (Tap the Dial tab if necessary). 2. Make your call to the first recipient. 3. Once you have established the connection, tap Add call. 4. Enter the second caller's phone number and tap (Your first call is automatically put on hold.) or select a number from your Contacts. 5. When you're connected to the second party, tap Merge calls to combine both calls into a single 3-way call. If one of the people you called hangs up during your call, you and the remaining caller stay connected. If you initiated the call and are the first to hang up, all callers are disconnected. Call Waiting
When you’re on a call, Call Waiting alerts you of incoming calls by sounding a beep instead of a ring.
Your phone's screen informs you that another call is coming in and displays the caller’s phone
number (if it is available).
To respond to an incoming call while you‘re on a call:

Before accepting the incoming call, tap and drag one of the following on-screen options:

Answer
to answer the new call. The first caller is placed on hold.

Decline
to send the call to your voicemail box.
To switch back to the first caller:

Swap calls

Tip:
For those calls where you don’t want to be interrupted, you can temporarily disable Call
Waiting by pressing
before placing your call. Call Waiting is automatically
reactivated once you end the call.
3-way Calling
With 3-Way Calling, you can talk to two people at the same time. When using this feature, the normal
airtime rates will be charged for each of the two calls.
