To save time, you can program a fax
number that you use often into a
Quick Dial key. Then, whenever you
are sending a message to that loca-
tion, just press that Quick Dial key to
dial.
Programming
The following procedure describes
how to program fax numbers in
Quick Dial keys. There are 144 Quick
Dials available.
You can program the following items
in each key:
Destination fax number (up to 254 dig-
its)
When the Optional ISDN Unit or
the Optional Extra G3 Interface
Unit is installed, you can select
which line to use (G3 or G4) before
entering the fax number. See p.89
