Programming Speed Dial Programming ❖ Other items • Label Insertion If you program numbers in Speed Di- als, you can specify the fax number simply by pressing the {Speed Dial} key, and entering a two-digit ( or a three-digit with the optional Function 3 Upgrade Unit ) Speed Dial number. The following procedure describes how to program fax numbers in Speed Dials. If you turn Label Insertion on, the receiver's name programmed in Speed Dial will be printed on the fax message when it is received at the other end. The name will be printed at the top of the page and will be preceded by "To". • Telephone Directory search letter (A to Z) You can program the following items in a Speed Dial: You can program a search letter (A to Z). ❖ Destination fax number (up to 100 numbers, up to 254 digits for each number) When the Optional ISDN Unit or the Optional Extra G3 Interface Unit is installed, you can select which line to use (G3 or G4) before entering the fax number. Programming
If you program numbers in Speed Di-
als, you can specify the fax number
simply by pressing the
