Doing so may cause a machine malfunction or a burn. 2 • Before handling the IEEE 802.11b interface board, ground yourself by touching something metal to discharge any static electricity. Static electricity can damage the IEEE 802.11b Interface board. • Do not subject the 802.11b interface unit to physical shocks. 1.
