Miscellaneous This option allows you to record miscellaneous dates or events in your calendar. 1. From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Organizer ➔ Calendar ➔ Miscellaneous and press Select or . 2. Press Options ➔ Create new and press Select or . 3. Enter the Miscellaneous event name in the Subject field. 4. Continue to enter other information in these fields: Details, Start date, Start time, AM/PM, End date, End time, AM/PM, Alarm (before, Alarm tone). 5. Press Save to save this configuration. Missed alarm events You can check on all of the events that you have set an alarm on. 1. From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Organizer ➔ Calendar ➔ Missed alarm event and press Select or . 2. Highlight an event and press to view event information. The missed alarm event information displays. 3. Press Confirm or Memory status . The event is removed from the Missed alarm events menu. This menu item shows the number of calendar events that are stored on the handset as well as the total number of available events. Example: 2/400 means that currently there are two alarm events scheduled out of a possible 400.
