Remote printer send function This function enables a partial order to be sent to the kitchen for preparation while the server is waiting for an order for other items. Procedure Item entry RP SEND Data transfer to the remote printer Remaining items will be sent to the remote printer when the transaction is finalized. When this function is used, subtotal void operation is not allowed. Gratuity If the gratuity function is enabled, you can easily add a gratuity as programmed to the subtotal by pressing the GRATUITY key before finalization of the transaction. When the transaction is subject to gratuity, the gratuity symbol [G] appears on the display screen. To cancel the gratuity function, press the GRATUITY key again. Example 1 N.C.
