Subtotal Void With the SBTL VOID key or selecting a line and touching "ST VD", you can void an entire transaction. Once a subtotal void is executed, the transaction is canceled and the POS terminal issues a receipt. These errors must be handled by the manager. The following steps should be taken. 1. If you are entering an amount tendered, finalize the transaction. 2. Hand the incorrect receipt to your manager for recording purposes. - 82 -
