Various settings SETUP MENU The SETUP MENU consists of several menus where you can make various settings concerning language, audio functions and images. In addition, this menu includes a clock, and other things that require setting just after purchase. For details of each menu, see the corresponding section in this chapter. At this time, it is not effective or prohibited. • "Timer REC" cannot be executed when the clock is not set. • When you display the SETUP MENU and the unit is in VCR mode, the unit will automatically change mode to DVD.
