Setting Up Your Storage Subsystem CH 1 CH 2 Basic Active-Passive Dual-Port Topology Choose this topology when your application requires a highavailability, high-access, fault-tolerant disk storage solution. This dual controller configuration supports multiple hosts and failover and failback operations. All LUNs are available to all hosts. The dual host configuration is ideal for shared storage clustering. Connect the fibre channel data cables as shown in Figure 2-31 and Figure 2-32.
