I Loss of AC power to the power supply. Failed cooling fan. I Fault on the SAF-TE disk I/O card. I Faulty disk drive. I Faulty SAF-TE disk I/O card. I Faulty host I/O card. Solution I Replace the suspect faulty power supply. I Ensure that all the power supply switches are in the ON position. I Replace the missing power supply and turn it ON. I Verify that proper AC power is available to the power supplies. If the enclosure is plugged into a threehole grounded outlet, verify that power to the outlet has not been interrupted. This can be accomplished by testing the outlet with a known working appliance, such as a lamp. Replace cooling fan module. I Replace a faulty SAF-TE disk I/O card. I Replace the faulty disk drive.
