*4 Printer Features Fast Draft Mode - This mode prints using both black and cyan ink offering a faster print speed then mono draft mode. Bi-directional Print - When Bi-Directional Print is set to ON, the print head prints in both directions and offers faster print speeds. When OFF is selected, the print head prints in one direction only and provides higher print quality. If you selected Plain Paper, Auto works in Bi-Directional Print mode. Paper Thickness - Depending on the thickness of the paper you are using, you can improve the quality of your output by selecting the correct thickness. This setting provides the best positioning of the paper for printing. For example if you were printing on thin paper, you would select Thin in the Paper Thickness selection to achieve the best paper handling and improved output for that paper type. Regular Thin Thick Thicker Auto If you selected Envelops in the Print Size, Auto works as Thicker. If you select any other print size, Auto works as Regular.
