MFC-3100C Control Panel Overview 2 1 11 10 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) The LCD displays messages to help you set up and operate your MFC. 2 Reports Accesses the Reports menu so you can select a report to print: Help List, Auto Dial, Fax Activity, Transmission Verification, User Settings. 3 Scan to Lets you scan the next original into your computer and select the type of destination: word processing, glaphics or E-mail application. 4 Ink Cleans the ink print heads and replaces an ink cartridge. 5 Copy Keys: (For the Next Copy Only) Options You can quickly and easily select temporary settings (for the next copy only). Quality Use this key to temporarily change the quality for Copy. Color Copy Makes a full-color copy. Black Copy Makes a black-and-white copy. 6 Redial/Pause Redials the last number called. Also inserts a pause in auto dial numbers. 1-3 INTRODUCTION
