Before Using the Machine Entering Characters Entering Characters About the Keys Use the keys either to operate or to enter information in the menu on the display. ˔ Press or to move the cursor position. ˔ Press [OK] to confirm the entry. ˔ Press to switch input modes: [a]: Letter mode [1]: Number mode ˔ Use - [numeric keys] to enter characters. ˔ Press - [numeric keys] repeatedly until the required character appears. ˔ Press to enter symbols. ˔ Press [Clear] to delete the character at the cursor position.
