Q&A If you are loading envelopes horizontally into the multi-purpose tray: Open the multi-purpose tray, adjust the slide guides, and then load the envelopes, as shown below. 1. Load envelopes. 2. Press [Envelope] → select the placement and type of envelope. If you placed the envelopes horizontally, press [Horizontal Placement] → select the envelope type. 3. Press [OK]. 4. Press [Next] → [OK] → [OK]. 5. Press (Start).
