Installing the device in the rack 3. Attach the bracket using four 8-32 x 5/16-in. flathead screws. 4. Repeat step 1 and step 2 to attach the left front extension to the left side of the device. 5. Position the device in the rack, as shown in Figure 11 , providing temporary support under the device until the rail kit is secured to the rack. 2. Attach the right front bracket to the right rear rack post using two 10-32 x 5/8-in. panhead screws and two retainer nuts. Use the upper and lower holes in the bracket. 3. Attach the left front bracket to the left rear rack post using two 10-32 x 5/8-in. panhead screws and two retainer nuts. Use the upper and lower holes in the bracket. 4.
