Drive specifications Drives The Dell EMC PowerEdge R240 system supports: • 4 x 3.5-inch hot-swappable SAS, SATA, or SSD • 4 x 3.5-inch cabled drives • 2 x 3.5-inch cabled drives NOTE: LED functionality is not supported on cabled hard disk drive configuration.
