MX9116n Fabric Switching Engine: ● QSFP28-DD port groups 1 to 9 operate in 8x25GE fabric-expander mode (FEM). ● QSFP28-DD port groups 10 to 12 operate in 2x100GE mode. ● QSFP28 port groups 13 and 14 operate in 1x100GE mode. ● Unified port groups 15 and 16 operate in ethernet 1x100GE mode. PORT-GROUP ● The mode {FC | Eth} command configures a port group to operate at line rate and guarantees no traffic loss. ● To configure oversubscription on a FC interface, use the speed command. ● To view the currently active ports and subports, use the show interfaces status command. ● The no version of the command resets port-group interfaces to the default Ethernet port mode/ speed. Use the no mode command before you reset the mode on an interface. command configures a port group to operate at line rate and guarantees no

traffic loss.

To configure oversubscription on a FC interface, use the

speed

command.

To view the currently active ports and subports, use the

show interfaces status

command.

The

version of the command resets port-group interfaces to the default Ethernet port mode/

speed. Use the

no mode

command before you reset the mode on an interface.
