3 CONFIGURING THE SYSTEM THROUGH THE INTERNET Step 1. Settings on the receiver This section describes how to setup the receiver. NOTE: When you change a setting that shows "(Valid after Restart)," you must restart the receiver after setting, so it will take effect. ••After restarting, keep the receiver's power ON, or remain in the remote standby mode. To prevent unauthorized access:
Set a long and strong password so that no one can possibly guess it.
Mix upper and lower case letters, numbers or characters.
