OVERVIEW OF THE RS-R8600 ••The RS-R8600 consists of the Remote Utility, used to configure a remote control system, and the Remote Controller, used to send CI-V commands to a receiver to remotely operate it. ••With the RS-R8600, you can configure a remote control system through a LAN or the Internet. About the remote control system An RS-R8600 remote control system basically consists of following three components: •• Receiver ••Network (LAN or Internet) •• PC The PC controls the receiver through the network (LAN or Internet). The RS-R8600 consists of the Remote Utility, used to configure a remote control system, and the Remote

With the RS-R8600, you can configure a remote control system through a LAN or the Internet.
About the remote control system
An RS-R8600 remote control system basically consists of following three components:
• Receiver
• Network (LAN or Internet)
• PC
The PC controls the receiver through the network (LAN or Internet).
To control the receiver, the receiver must be connected to the network.
