6. Interrupt Copy If the Interrupt key is pressed while a copy job is being run, the current copy will be interrupted and another copy job can be run. CHAPTER 6 CONVENIENT FUNCTIONS 2 Set copy conditions as needed and set an original for interrupt on the original table. Interrupt copy will start. 3 After copying is complete, to make another interrupt copy, press the Reset key and repeat step 2. NOTE • If the Interrupt key is pressed after an interrupt copy is complete, the interrupted job can be resumed under the original copy conditions. • Interrupt copy can function except when an original is being scanned. • When originals are being scanned continuously in the sort mode, interrupt copy cannot function. • Once a document scan exceeding 60 pages has been initiated, the interrupt copy will not be available until the preceding copy operation completes. • When a scan/copy operation exceeding 60 pages is complete and an interrupt copy is initiated, the memory of scanned originals of the previous copy job will be cleared and so the repeat copy of the previous copy job is not available. 1 Press the Interrupt key while a copy is being output. The Interrupt indicator will light up. Copying will be interrupted after a copy that is being output is ejected. (Inch) (Metric) 4 When the interrupt copy is complete, press the Interrupt key. 6. Interrupt Copy
If the Interrupt key is pressed while a copy job is being run, the
current copy will be interrupted and another copy job can be run.
NOTE
• If the Interrupt key is pressed after an interrupt copy is complete, the
interrupted job can be resumed under the original copy conditions.
• Interrupt copy can function except when an original is being
scanned.
• When originals are being scanned continuously in the sort mode,
interrupt copy cannot function.
• Once a document scan exceeding 60 pages has been initiated, the
