You can click on the arrow icon by a user or group name to expand the list, if there are multiple protocols set for the user or group. • To remove permissions for a user or group, click the X icon for that user or group. • To add additional permissions, use the menus at the bottom of the window to specify the user, the protocol, and the access level, and click the Append button. 6. Click the Close button. Your changes are saved and the window closes. Set Network Access Rights to Shared Folders To set the network access rights to an individual shared folder, you configure the network access settings for each file-sharing protocol used to access the shared folder on your storage system. To set the network access rights for a shared folder: 1. Log in to your ReadyNAS. 2. Select Shares > Shares. A list of shared folders and LUNs on each volume displays. 3. Adjust the settings as needed.
