Select > User guide. If this does not resolve your issue, do one of the following: • Reboot your phone. Switch off the phone, and remove the battery. After about a minute, replace the battery, and switch on the phone. • Update your phone software • Restore the original factory settings If the issue remains unresolved, contact Nokia for repair options. Before sending your phone for repair, always back up your data, as all personal data in your phone may be deleted. Protect the environment Save energy You do not need to charge your battery so often if you do the following: • Close applications and data connections, such as your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection, when not in use. • Decrease the brightness of the screen. • Set your phone to enter power saver mode after the minimum period of inactivity. • Deactivate unnecessary sounds, such as touch screen and key tones. Recycle When this phone has reached the end of its working life, all of its materials can be recovered as materials and energy.
