Setting the Time Code Time code will display the recording time in hours, minutes, seconds, and frames. TC 00:00:00:00 (hour : minute : second : frame [NDF]) TC 00:00:00.00 (hour : minute : second . frame [DF]) ≥ The number of frames (frame count per second) varies depending on the frame rate in [REC FORMAT]. (l 139) Frame rates in [REC FORMAT] 60p/60i/30p 50p/50i/25p 24p Frame 0 to 29 0 to 24 0 to 23 [TC MODE] Select the compensation mode for the time code. ≥ Set [SYSTEM FREQ] to [59.94Hz(NTSC)]. (l 159) MENU : [TC/UB SETUP] # [TC MODE] # desired setting [DF]: [NDF]: Time code is compensated in accordance with the actual time. It is mainly used for broadcasting such as TV programs. It will not compensate the time code. (There will be a difference from the actual time) ≥ When the frame rate in [REC FORMAT] is 24p or during Time Lapse Recording, this item will be set to [NDF] automatically. ≥ This item will be automatically set to [NDF] and will not be displayed as a menu item when [SYSTEM FREQ] is set to [50Hz(PAL)].
