With a PC Using this unit with a PC What you can do with a PC When you connect this unit to a PC, it recognizes this unit as a card reader. The connection enables you to access the SD card in this unit from the PC. ≥ To perform non-linear editing, copy the data of motion pictures and still pictures to the PC you will be using to edit it. (l 95) ≥ You can use HD Writer XE 2.0 for Windows. (l 97) ≥ Final Cut Pro supported. For details about Final Cut Pro, please contact Apple Inc. Connecting to a PC ≥ When using HD Writer XE 2.0, connect this unit to the PC after the software applications are installed. DEVICE USB3.0  A USB cable (supplied) B Turn the left side with the symbol up to connect the Micro-B end of the USB Cable to the USB terminal of this unit. ≥ Insert the plugs as far as they will go. 1 Connect this unit to the AC adaptor. ≥ Use the AC adaptor to free you from worrying about the battery running down. 2 Turn on the unit. 3 Press the THUMBNAIL button to switch this unit to the Playback Mode. 4 Set [USB MODE] to [DEVICE].
