Common Problems Problem Cannot connect to wireless LAN. Possible cause A wireless LAN option is not installed on the machine. Solution Wi-Fi Direct connection and wireless LAN connection are enabled if a wireless LAN option is installed on the machine. Turn off the machine, and insert a wireless LAN option into the USB port for the wireless LAN option. For the name of the optional equipment, see page 13 "How to Read This Manual". For the position of the USB port, see page 19 "Guide to Components". • If any of these problems persist, turn off the power, pull out the power cord, and contact your sales or service representative. 463
