ENGLISH DVD Camcorder: Advanced Recording Setting the Shutter Speed & Exposure (Shutter/Exposure)  The Shutter Speed function works only in Camera Mode. page 26 The Shutter Speed refers to to the amount of time it takes the shutter to open and close.
