Figure 8-5 Port Config The following entries are displayed on this screen: ¾ Port Config Port Select: Select: Port: IGMP Snooping: Fast Leave: LAG: Click the Select button to quick-select the corresponding port based on the port number you entered. Select the desired port for IGMP Snooping feature configuration. It is multi-optional. Displays the port of the Switch. Select Enable/Disable IGMP Snooping for the desired port. Select Enable/Disable Fast Leave feature for the desired port. If Fast Leave is enabled for a port, the Switch will immediately remove this port from the multicast group upon receiving IGMP leave messages. Displays the LAG number which the port belongs to. Note: 1. Fast Leave on the port is effective only when the host supports IGMPv2 or IGMPv3. 2. When both Fast Leave feature and Unknown Multicast Discard feature are enabled, the leaving of a user connected to a port owning multi-user will result in the other users intermitting the multicast business. 8.1.3 VLAN Config Multicast groups established by IGMP Snooping are based on VLANs. Port Config
Port Select:
Click the Select button to quick-select the corresponding port
based on the port number you entered.
Select:
Select the desired port for IGMP Snooping feature configuration. It

Port:
Displays the port of the Switch.
IGMP Snooping:
Select Enable/Disable IGMP Snooping for the desired port.
Fast Leave:
Select Enable/Disable Fast Leave feature for the desired port. If
Fast Leave is enabled for a port, the Switch will immediately

LAG:
