Prestige 100WH Internet Access Router 1.4.3 WAN Port Status LEDs CD (Carrier Detect) signal is sent by the WAN device to indicate that line negotiation is successful and that it is ready for data transfer. RTS (Request to Send) and CTS (Clear to Send) are hardware flow control signals.
