1. Open the printer cover and raise it to an upright position; then lift it up and off. 2. Open the paper guide cover as shown in the illustration. Connecting the Printer to Your Computer Your LQ-2550 has two separate interface connections: a parallel interface and an RS-232C compatible serial interface. If you are not sure which one is required by your computer, check your computer manual for this information. If you have a suitable shielded - Epson LQ-2550 | User Manual - Page 32
Squeeze the wire clips together until they lock in place on both sides of the connector. (If you do not lock these clips into place, printed results may be incorrect.) 3.
