5. Click "Claim Printer", in the main GUI one will receive status. If successful the status will say SUCCESS. If failure occurs at this point confirm that the CCO 1.9 (or later) files are installed on this unit. If the CCO files need to be installed, they can be found in the HP factory image (C:\xxxxx\Point of Sale\Common Control Object (CCO)) and are also available from HP.COM. 6.
