6.14.5.1.2 HP VFD Utility for HP USB Pole Display The following is overview of the steps to test the pole display followed by detailed steps: 1. Open HP VFD Utility. • C:\xxxxx\Point of Sale\Pole Display\Pole Test Utility (Non-OPOS)\HP VFD Utility\HP VFD Utility.exe. 2. Several seconds will pass before the test GUI appears on the screen. Confirm the device was detected on the proper COM port. 3. Click on the available buttons on the utility. 4. Click "x" in the upper right corner to exit the utility. Detailed Steps 1.
