6.3.4.2 Dual Cash Drawer Connection For dual USB cash drawer, attach a second HP USB cash drawer to USB connection. The following is overview of the steps to add a second USB cash drawer followed by detailed steps in order for OPOS to recognize both cash drawers. 1. Open the "HPCDUtility" that is located in the "C:\Program Files\HewlettPackard\USB Cash Drawer". 2. Click on the icon that has a plus by the cash drawer or select "Add Device" in the "Edit" menu. 3. Click "Next" button. 4. Click on "Health Check (Interactive)" button. 5. Click on the "OK" button. 6. The cash drawer should be open with a GUI indicating the successful drawer. 7. Click on the "OK" button. 8. Click on the "Cancel" button to quit the health check. 9. Click on the "Finish" button. 10. Exit the test utility. Detailed Steps 1.
