Answer: The "country mode" needs to be changed on the imaging barcode scanner. The country mode barcode are available in the programming guide for the scanner or one can change this via the configuration utility for the scanner in the "USB Keyboard parameter" which is found in the "Interface selection" of the utility. 9.21 Multiple HP Barcode Scanner Question: When I have multiple HP scanners installed on the unit (HP Imaging scanner / HP Linear Scanner / HP Presentation) the OPOS test utility will only test of one of the scanner.
