Credential Manager for ProtectTools Registering Credentials You can use the "My Identity" page to register your various authentication methods, or credentials. After they have been registered, you can use these methods to log on to Credential Manager. Registering Fingerprints To register fingerprints: 1. Connect the fingerprint reader to your computer. 2. Select Start > All Programs > HP ProtectTools Security Manager > Credential Manager. 3. Click My Identity. 4. Under I Want To, click Register Fingerprints. 5.
