Do not use the griddle as a cutting board. • DO NOT place or store items on the griddle. • DO NOT turn the griddle over and use the underside for cooking. Use the top side of the griddle only. • DO NOT use the griddle for any purpose other than cooking. • Avoid cooking extremely greasy foods. Grease spill overs can occur. • The griddle can become hot when surrounding burners are in use.
