If your baking results are not what you are used to, the preset oven cooking temperature can be adjusted ±30 °F (±15 °C) as follows: 1. Press and hold the Bake and 0 pads for 3 seconds. The display will show AdJ and 0. 2. Press the Bake pad to toggle between + or - temperature adjustments. 3. Press the number pads to enter the desired temperature adjustment (for example, 1, 0). The display will show AdJ and 10. 4. Press the START/SET pad. The oven will beep twice, and the display will show the time of day. The next time you bake, the oven will use the new temperature setting. NOTE This adjustment will not affect the broiling or the self-cleaning temperatures. The adjustment will be retained in memory after a power failure. Convection baking and roasting The Convection Bake function lets you program the oven to bake at any temperature between 150 °F (66 °C) and 550 °F (288 °C). The Convection Roast function lets you program the oven to roast at any temperature between 150 °F (66 °C) and 550 °F (288 °C). The convection fan in the back of the oven cavity circulates the hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity. As a result, foods are evenly cooked and browned in less time than with regular heat. Convection baking • Ideal for foods being cooked on multiple racks. • Good for large quantities of baked foods. • Provides good results with cookies, biscuits, brownies, cupcakes, cream puffs, sweet rolls, angel food cake, and bread. • Cookies have best cooking results when cooked on flat cookie sheets. • When convection baking on a single rack, place the oven rack in position 3 or 4. When convection baking on multiple racks, place the oven racks in position 2 and 5. Convection baking and roasting
The Convection Bake function lets
