HANDLES AND CONTROL CABLES 2. Install the tool over the stop in the handle guides as shown, one on each side. Push the handle down. The tool will allow the handle to slide over the stop built into the handle guide (Fig. 239). 4. Continue pushing the handle down until it slides off the end of the upper handle (Fig. 241). Install the tool over the stop in the handle guides as
shown, one on each side. Push the handle down.
The tool will allow the handle to slide over the stop
built into the handle guide (Fig. 239).

Continue pushing the handle down until it slides off
the end of the upper handle (Fig. 241).

As the handle begins to slide downward, pull the
traction control bar farther out of the handle (Fig.
240).
5.
When reinstalling the handle, reconnect the spring
as shown. The spring should push the handle
upwards toward the disengage position (Fig. 242).
