THE GRAND TOUR User's Manual Universal Serial Bus port The Universal Serial Bus (USB) port comply with USB2.0 standards, which enables data transfer speeds 40 times faster than the USB1.1 standards. (The port also support USB1.1.) CAUTION: Keep foreign objects out of the USB connectors. A pin or similar object can damage the computer's circuitry. NOTE: Operation of all functions of all USB devices has not been confirmed. Some functions might not execute properly. Back side Figure 2-4 shows the computer's back side. The optional security slot cable anchors your computer to a desk or other large object to deter theft. Fan vent Provides air flow for the fan. CAUTION: Be careful not to block the fan vent. Also be careful to keep foreign objects out of the vents. A pin or similar object can damage the computer's circuitry. 2-4
