Other Useful Features bass engine TITLE Setting the Bass Control You can change the Bass Frequency emphasis to create your own tonal preference. g f :/J bass engine TITLE Preset 1 Preset 1 Preset 2 Preset 2 1 When the monitor is open, press bass engine. BASS ENGINE mode is displayed in the monitor. 2 Press preset 1 to select the desired mode. 3 Press g or f to adjust the selected mode. • Bass Level : -7~+7 You can emphasize or weaken the bass frequency. • Bass center frequency : → 60Hz ↔ 70Hz ↔ 80Hz ↔ 90Hz ↔ 100Hz ↔ 130Hz ↔ 150Hz ↔ 200Hz ← Emphasizes the displayed Bass frequency ranges. • Bass Band Width (Q-Factor): → WIDE1 ↔ WIDE2 ↔ WIDE3 ↔ WIDE4 ← (Narrow Wide) g f :/J Erasing Disc Title/Station Title 1 When the monitor is open, press TITLE to select the titling mode. Then, press and hold TITLE for at least 2 seconds. 2 Within 10 seconds, press and hold -/J for at least 2 seconds to activate the title scanning mode. The title in the display will blink. 3 Press g or f repeatedly until the title you want to erase is displayed. 4 Press -/J to display "DELETE TITLE." Press -/J again within 10 seconds to erase the selected title. 5 Press TITLE to cancel the title erasing mode. NOTES • You cannot erase CD-TEXT. • When no title is input, "NO DATA" is displayed and then the unit returns to the disc/station titling mode. Changes the displayed frequency's band width to wide or narrow. 4 Press bass engine to return to normal mode. NOTES • If no buttons are pressed within 10 seconds, the Bass control setting will be turned off automatically. • Depending on the type of external audio processors connected to the unit, you may not be able to set some settings. • The settings of the Bass will be individually memorized for each source (FM, AM and CD) until the setting is changed. Depending on the connected devices, some functions and display indications do not work. 26-EN
